The US reality TV star saw a doctor to get the X-ray of her rear to prove that it's completely natural.

Clips of her visit will air on the next episode of 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians'.

3. Li'l sister speaks

Kim's younger sister Khloe, 26, accompanied her to the medical centre and posted a picture of the scan on her website.

4. 100% Real !

She wrote: 'Hey dolls. The PROOF is in the X-ray. Kim's ass is 100% real!!!'

5. Kim's Tweet

Kim, 30, later Tweeted: 'Haha! The things my sisters have me do! Proof baby! RT @KhloeKardashian: Kim got a butt X-Ray... See, it's REAL!!! LOL.'

She was recently forced to deny she'd gone under the knife to boost the size of her posterior. 'For the record, no butt implants. No butt injections, no anything to my butt.'

Kim Kardashian's London Perfume Launch

Taking care of some promotional duties, Kim Kardashian was spotted at Debenhams in London, England today (June 8).The “Disaster Movie” babe was in the house to launch her new self-titled perfume, and looked snazzy in a purple blouse with an orange skirt.Last night (June 7) Kim was named Entrepreneur of the Year at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards.And given her recent engagement to Kris Humphries, it looks like things are going well for Kim both personally and professionally!
